Terms of service

The service

iCapsule stores your written message and an optional attached file, then delivers it to the recipients you choose, by email, AI-voiced phone call or registered post, on the date you choose, from tomorrow up to 20 years ahead.

Pricing and payment

Your first time capsule costs $10, each additional capsule costs $5, and registered post adds $20 per postal address. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken up front, once, via Stripe Checkout. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

Your content

Your messages and files remain yours. You keep all rights to the content you submit, and you give us only the permission needed to store and deliver it. You confirm you have the right to send your content and the recipient details you provide.

Delivery

We deliver on the date you choose. Email and phone deliveries happen on the day itself; registered post is dispatched from Brisbane on that day, with tracking. If a delivery fails for a reason on our side, we retry and, if we cannot deliver, refund you in full. You are responsible for providing correct recipient details. Account holders can edit them any time before delivery from their My capsules page.

If a delivery fails, iCapsule will make reasonable efforts to locate the recipient using the information you provided, including tracing details and contacting you. We cannot guarantee delivery where a recipient cannot be found, and in that case we will contact you or, if we can't reach you, keep the capsule securely until it can be delivered or claimed.

Accounts and guest orders

With a free account you can view, edit, reschedule or cancel your capsules any time before delivery. Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment only; after that, payments are non-refundable. Guest orders are delivered on time as normal, but they cannot be viewed or changed after payment, so double-check everything at check out. Guests can request a refund within 48 hours of payment by emailing operations@enginuvo.com with their receipt.
